What is Epicurium?
We wholesale on behalf of Epicurium in the Channel Islands bringing you high quality products that are suitable for those looking for Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Low Sugar and High Protein options. Ranges are being consistently added and updated to market demand so we DO NOT hold stock. Orders are placed several times as week and delivered on arrival ensuring the longest possible shelf life.
If you order any products from the Epicurium range, your entire order will be held until the Epicurium products have arrived. This is typically around 5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please email us on email@example.com should you have any questions regarding this.

What’s your minimum order?
Our minimum order is currently £15.00, orders under this value will be subject to a £3.50 delivery charge
How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?
Delivery is currently free to Guernsey residents when orders are over £25.00, orders under this value will be automatically charged a £3.50 delivery charge on checkout. The delivery charge is applied on the basket total, eg. If your order is £24.95 you will be charged £3.50 delivery, if your order is £25.00, you will not be charged delivery. Delivery is available by post to the Bailiwick of Guernsey (for use with Herm / Sark / Alderney orders) and to Jersey / United Kingdom, postal orders will have their shipping rates calculated automatically based on the weight of the order.
Where do you deliver to?
We offer home delivery to Guernsey and delivery by post to Herm, Alderney, Sark, Jersey and the United Kingdom.
When will I receive my order?
Guernsey Only – Once an order is complete we aim to deliver to Guernsey addresses within 24 hours (stock allowing), Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We aim to deliver all orders received by Bean 14 before 1pm (Mon – Thurs ) within 24 hours; however, on some busier days your order maybe delayed 24 hours (so if you do require delivery urgently please give us a call and let us know!). Please note: We do not deliver on Saturday.
Bailiwick Post and Jersey / UK – Shipping methods for next working day delivery or 5-7 day delivery are available for orders that need to be sent by post.
If you place an order with stock marked [Epicurium] or if the item states ‘available on back order’ with no items showing in stock, the goods will be ordered in on our next delivery. This may take 5-7 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed and is ready for delivery.
How do I pay for my orders?
You can pay on checkout using services provided by PayPal (which includes guest check out with credit / debit card).
What shelf life do you offer?
We aim to provide you with the very best shelf life on our ranges where possible, however due to the nature of the products some are naturally shorter shelf life. Please do ask prior to ordering if you have any specific requirements
Cancellation, Refunds & Returning your Order
Whilst we work hard to ensure that you will receive your order in perfect condition, if your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete please report this to us within 24 hours by phone (01481 267614) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) . Please quote your order number.
Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been made but before it has been dispatched please let us know immediately and we’ll be happy to refund the order in full.
If your order has already been delivered, unless there is an issue with the product then we will not ordinarily accept the return of the goods. Please contact us within 24 hours by phone (01481 267614) or email (email@example.com) . Please quote your order number.

Discounts / Coupons
From time to time, Bean 14 Limited may advertise the use of coupons / discounts on either an individual basis or as part of a campaign. Discount codes will be valid only until the date advertised unless further advised by Bean 14 Limited. No cash alternative is offered. Bean 14 reserve the right to withdraw coupons at their discretion and with no notice. Some discount / coupon promotions are provided on a single use basis per customer and may not be used in a way that games or abuses the loyalty system.
From time to time, Bean 14 Limited may advertise competitions. The competition, its entry requirements, contact information, closure date and prize information will be made available on either bean14.com and/or shop.bean14.com. Winners will be contacted by email and /or through the use of the newsletter marketing system to their subscribers. No cash alternative is offered for any prize. Any prizes offered will be required to be redeemed through Bean 14 Limited and / or its websites or stores without exception. Any prizes offered will only be honored to entrants based in the advertised delivery locations (see section ‘where do you deliver to?’ above).
